Morrison Health Care, Inc. was incorporated in September 1995.  During the past 20 years of consulting, Katherine Will and her associates have worked with a variety of different clients ranging from proprietary nursing facilities and rehabilitations centers to publicly traded national corporations. Hospitals have also utilized Morrison to plan for long term care needs.

     Market feasibility studies have assisted companies across the Midwest determine where to target limited resources. Whereas, the 1980s exhibited growth in skilled nursing beds, the last 15 years have brought alternatives to traditional deliveries of care such as independent living options and assisted living apartments. As the Babyboomers enter their senior years, the Morrison group anticipates continued changes to make the aging process more manageable and consumer friendly. Research by Morrison has investigated what makes different age groups react to different variables, and thus, provides the competitive edge to the client.

     Facility operations has been another focal point for Morrison Health Care, Inc. The associates offer interim administrative/managerial services for assisted living centers in different states, or in skilled buildings in Ohio. Such managers and administrators focus on the challenges as presented by the owners, as well as using analysis tools to fully access the individual building. Interim services related to marketing and admissions are another facet of the group.

      Morrison also teams up with other organizations, such as construction, financial and communication entities, to develop products or services in the long term care arena. Contracts vary in scope and services to meet the needs of the client.  A high percentage of Morrison Health Care, Inc. clients have been repeat clients and word-of-mouth referrals have been the primary sources of projects through the years.
